Scott is an experienced governance professional and business strategist with a broad portfolio spanning over 35 years. His career includes board roles and senior leadership positions across diverse environments – commercial, SME, non-profit, and government – both in Australia and internationally. Scott has led and grown companies, including several ventures valued at over AUD $600M, with expertise in strategy, business development, and risk management.

He has held positions as an Executive and Non-Executive Director, Chair, Deputy Chair, Finance & Audit Committee Chair, and Advisory Board Member. Scott’s education includes a Bachelor of Science (Hons) from the University of Melbourne, GAICD from the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and multiple certifications in neuro-semantics, NLP, and developmental coaching.
