Rohann Chapman

Rohann brings over 25 years of manufacturing experience, having led product development innovation and program management across Asia, Europe, and North America. He began his career as an engineer in Europe, working in England, France, Germany, and Spain before emigrating to Australia.
Rohann has extensive experience in the automotive manufacturing sector, where he spearheaded product development innovation and managed complex programs. His expertise in driving operational excellence and strategic execution has been instrumental in delivering successful outcomes across global markets.
Before founding C6 ESG, Rohann spent eight years leading 6STEP, a consulting firm specialising in data management, analytics, digital workflows, and the creation of collaborative digital workspaces and project management environments.
A strong advocate for business sustainability, Rohann played a key role in developing futuremap®, an Industry 4.0 education program designed to help manufacturers identify their goals and implement forward-looking strategies. The program incorporated rich analytics, which were developed to support State and Federal Government economic policy development.
